Kites And Lightning to Showcase on 8/4 at 5pm for Opening Slot at The Stone Pony for Scott Weiland in Mid-August
Asbury Park, NJ (7-28-2013) – Breaking News: Rockin’ Entertainment is excited to announce New Jersey hard rock band Kites And Lightning showcasing at The Stone Pony this coming Sunday, August 4, for a shot at becoming the opening band for Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver) during his Mid-August concert at the club.
Kites And Lightning was chosen for this showcase out of 900+ bands and is eager to perform in the event. So far this summer they’ve worked hard both in studio and onstage. They’ve been well received by several New Jersey promoters and their fan base is in a steady state of expansion.
