   Ruben E. Jaigua-Rocano, 26, of Route 33, East Windsor, was charged Aug. 14 at 2:57 p.m. with possession of marijuana under 50 grams; possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol in public and contempt of court.
   Patrolman Earl Biddy saw Mr. Jaigua-Rocano consuming an alcoholic beverage near Twin Rivers Mall, police said. Mr. Jaigua-Rocano also had two warrants for his arrest from East Windsor Township Municipal Court.
   He also was found to be in possession of marijuana, police said.
   A naked man, later determined to be intoxicated, was walking near Drew School Friday at about 11 a.m., police said.
   Police later found the man, Joseph M. Buttliglieri, 26, of Twin Rivers Drive North, near his residence.
   Police said he had been walking on school property while naked, but made no attempt to approach anyone. He was charged by Patrolman Joseph Carabelli with lewdness and disorderly conduct.
   Shimera S. Gore, 29, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting at 1:07 p.m. Friday at Walmart.
   Police said the suspect left the store without paying for $941.45 worth of merchandise. During the investigation, the suspect provided a false name, police said, and also was charged with falsely incriminating another; hindering apprehension; and obstructing justice by Patrolman Joseph Amejka.
   Lyndsay T. Herzog, 27, of Stanford Court, was charged with drunken driving at 1:50 a.m. Sunday.
   Police responded to the area of Dutch Neck Road and Oakmont Terrace on a report of a motor vehicle accident with an overturned vehicle.
   Patrolman David Oleksy saw the vehicle lying on its side with the driver still belted in the driver’s seat with a seatbelt on.
   The driver was taken Robert Wood Johnson Hospital for treatment of minor injuries after also being charged with reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
