They’ll compete Nov. 10 in playoffs
The Hillsborough Dukes Pee Wee football team beat the Washington Rock Raiders, 30-6, on Oct. 27 to become the Jersey Valley champs.
The Dukes recorded 4 TDs and a safety, by Aiden Lugo. Sean Levonaitis had touchdowns on 29- and 80-yard runs. Adam Schabeece added one TD from 28 yards out. Alan Holman tacked on the 4th TD with a 1-yard QB sneak.
The Duke defense was stifling all day, allowing only three first downs and one score.
The Dukes move on to play in the regionals on Nov. 10.
