Nominations are requested for the annual E2 Awards, sponsored by the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation (HVEF). There are two awards, one award given to recognize an individual and one award given to recognize an organization/business for their support and contributions to the HVEF’s mission.
The recipients should have made a significant contribution to enhancing the educational experience of students in the Hopewell Valley public schools.
Established in 1993, HVEF seeks to promote the exchange of resources between the business community and the Hopewell Valley schools for their mutual benefit.
The annual E2 Award represents the merging of enterprise and education for the advancement of educational experiences in the community. Over the past several years, the individual E2 Awards has been presented to Jimmy Maul, Sheryl Stone, Maureen Ludwig, Sally Turner, Judy Hill, Kim Bruno, Carol Jackson, Carl Swanson, David Goldschmidt and Cherie Campbell, Ed Petrillo and Sky Morehouse, Heidi Kahme and Randee Tengi.
The Organization/Business award has been presented to Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Pennington Quality Market, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Yardville National Bank, The Hopewell Valley News, Merrill Lynch, Educational Testing Service, The Hopewell Valley Community Bank, The Front Porch, the Hopewell Township Police Department for their ongoing support for the educational initiatives in our community, and Ackerson Contracting.
The honorees will be recognized at a benefit to be held on May 2. The gala event will be held at the Chauncey Conference Center on the campus of Educational Testing Center on Carter Road.

A brief statement supporting the nomination is requested.
In order for the nomination to be considered, the HVEF must receive the nomination no later than Feb. 28.
