Clubs, book groups scheduled at library

The Old Bridge Public Library Main Branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road, will sponsor a variety of upcoming group and club meetings for adults. All programs are free of charge and open to the public.

The February schedule is as follows:

 Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. — The Ladies Night Out Book Discussion Group will discuss “The Second Empress” by Michelle Moran and “The Many Lives and Secret Sorrows of Josephine B.” by Sandra Gulland;

 Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. — The Afternoon Book Discussion Group will review “The Book Thief” by Markus Zusak;

 Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m. — The Bookenders Book Discussion Group will meet to review “Winter Study” by Nevada Barr;

 Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. — The General Book Discussion Group will read “The Moon and Sixpence” by W. Somerset Maugham;

 The Bridge Club will meet Mondays at noon;

 The Craft Club will meet Mondays at 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 1 p.m.;

 The Scrabble Club will meet Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
