The Middletown Township Public Library is offering several new programs for both adults and teens at 55 New Monmouth Road, Middletown.
Some programs require registration.
“Ricasso: The Art of Rick Tierney” will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 8. This is a reception in honor of the library’s February art exhibit. All are welcome. For more information, visit www.ajdillonart.com.
“Online Safety and Privacy” will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 11. Learn how to create strong passwords, understand online privacy issues and discover safer ways to shop on the Internet.
“Family and Friends CPR” will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 16. This program is for people who want to learn CPR, but do not need a course completion card in CPR for their job. This course is ideal for students, new parents, grandparents, babysitters and others interested in learning how to save a life. Patrons age 12 and up may sign up. Space is limited, and registration is required.
“Organize Your Computer” will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 20. Overwhelmed by information? Swamped by digital photos? Discover how to find anything on a computer within 15 seconds. Determine the best organizational system. Registration is required.
“Senior Medicare Patrol of New Jersey: Don’t Be a Victim” will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 26. Charles Clarkson will discuss how to protect oneself against fraud, waste and abuse. Learn about the Affordable Care Act.
