The Provident Bank and its wealth management subsidiary, Beacon Trust Co., recently participated in National Go Red ForWomen Day.
Employees were encouraged to wear jeans and something red for the day, and donate $5 to support the cause. Registered nurses from Raritan Bay Medical Center were on-site at three bank locations to provide blood pressure screenings, demonstrate hands-only CPR and distribute hearthealthy information.
The Provident Bank Foundation also donated $2,200 to the program, resulting in a combined total donation of more than $5,000.
