JCC to hold summer day camps for kids

The Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison, will host an open house from 10 a.m. to noon and 6:30-8 p.m. March 25 for its upcoming programs.

Sports/Healthy Kids Camps, for ages 7- 13, will be offered for two to eight weeks, beginning June 23. Sign up for all 8 weeks by May 31 and receive the early-bird pricing. Before- and aftercare is available. For more information, contact Sharon Katz at 732-494-3232, ext. 3619.

Bright Beginnings Preschool, for children ages 2-and-a-half to 5, offers a low student teacher ratio and a comprehensive curriculum. Swimming, physical education and music appreciation are all taught by specialists. These topics are included in the core curriculum at no additional fee.

Summer Fun Day Camp, for children ages 2-and-a-half to 6, will offer art, swimming, music and sports. Choose two to 8 weeks, beginning June 23. Before- and aftercare is available. For more information, contact Joan Green at 732- 494-3232, ext. 3625.

Lego Camp/Workshop and Boot Camp, for children in kindergarten through second grade, is offered Aug. 18-22. Children can attend one or both programs. The fee is $175 per child for the camp (9 a.m. to noon), $85 per child for the boot camp (supervised lunch from noon to 1 p.m.) and boot camp from 1-2 p.m. For both programs, the cost is $225 per child for the week.
