The Middlesex County Federation of Democratic Women will host “Women in Politics,” a panel discussion focusing on the importance of female participation in government and politics. The event will be held at 7 p.m. March 26 at the Pines Manor, 2085 Route 27, Edison.
Speakers will include former New Jersey first lady Lucinda Florio, Sen. Linda Greenstein, Assemblywoman Linda Stender, Perth Amboy Mayor Wilda Diaz, Carteret Council President Sue Naples, Metuchen Councilwoman Dorothy Rasmussen, North Brunswick Council President Catherine Nicola and Piscataway Councilwoman Chanelle McCullum.
