Prior to the Passover holiday, a model seder for seniors will be held at 11:30 a.m. April 3 at the Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison. The abridged seder, led by Hazzan Sheldon Levin of Congregation Neve Shalom, will offer a traditional meal and entertainment by Elisa Sunshine of the Avi Maza Orchestra.
