Brookdale tunes up for annual Guitar Show

The 17th annual Brookdale Guitar Show will take place at Brookdale Community College on April 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The annual event is recognized as the premier guitar show on the Jersey Shore for guitar and music enthusiasts of all ages. The guitar show features talented musicians showcasing their skills; vendors from throughout the United States; and a wide range of clinics taught by top musicians and experts in their fields.

The event is a fundraiser for Brookdale Public Radio 90.5 The Night. Musical performances  Beach Music: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Twin Lights Rooms (lower level)  Rockit: 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Twin Lights Rooms (lower level), performing Janis Joplin’s “Pearl” in its entirety

The guitar show takes place in the Donald D. Warner Student Life Center at Brookdale Community College, 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft section of Middletown. Pre-ordered tickets are $10 and are available on the website.
