Hillsborough, N.J. (July 16, 2014) nProfessional Management Associates, LLC (PMA) announced today that Crystal DeCotiis has been hired as Manager, Marketing and Communications. Crystal will provide PMA’s clients with strategic direction and guidance on all communications and marketing efforts.

Crystal comes to PMA with over 8 years of public relations, social media, and marketing experience. As Manager of Marketing and Communications, Crystal creates and implements all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for AAFP as well as PMA. Crystal maintains relationships with media, designers, volunteers, allied associations, sponsors, and others and also develops copy and design approaches that adhere to clients’ brands and business objectives.
Before joining PMA, Crystal worked at Mint Advertising in Clinton, NJ where she held the position of PR & Social Media Specialist working with well‐known companies such as Domino’s Pizza, Wendy’s, Huntington Learning Center, and others. Crystal’s role extended way beyond social media and PR, which gave her firsthand experience at roles ranging from Copywriter to Project Manager. Crystal also spearheaded internal communications, ways to promote and enforce the agency’s values among the staff, and agency onboarding.
Crystal has a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University in Communications and Information Studies as well as two Bachelor of Science Degrees from Rutgers in Journalism and Media Studies and English.
