Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1451 will host its Pig Roast and Picnic 2-6 p.m. July 26 at the post home, 31 Reid St., South River. Rain date is July 27.
The event will feature a live band, pony rides, a horseshoe tournament, food, beer and more.
Tickets cost $25 per person, $40 per couple. Children age 10 and under will be admitted free of charge.
