Gloria Nilson & Co. closed $1.34 billion in sales, ranks second in New Jersey

A fter closing more than $1.34 billion in transactions in 2013, Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate was ranked as the second most successful residential real estate firm in New Jersey, according to the 2014 REAL Trends 500 annual research report released on June 27.

Gloria Nilson & Co. ranked in the top 20 percent of real estate firms nationwide, landing at 103 out of 500 of its competitors based on sales volume.

Additionally, the 21-office real estate company is home of the No. 1 sales associate in the state, Mario Venancio from the firm’s Rumson office. Venancio is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 Realtors nationwide based on REAL Trend’s The Thousand as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. That ranking is based on Venancio’s 2013 sales volume of $95,503,389. Venancio held the No. 2 spot statewide on The Thousand list last year.
