HILLSBOROUGH: Two jet skis in trailer reported taken

A Hamilton Road resident reported Aug. 4 that a trailer containing two Jet Skis and accessories was reported stolen some time in the previous two weeks. The value of the stolen items was put at $17,764.
In other reports:
Two residents of Johanson Avenue and one on Taylor Avenue reported July 29 that their vehicles had been entered overnight. Taken from each of the vehicles was miscellaneous cash and coins.
Two Hillsborough residents were arrested and charged with driving while under the influence:
— Israel Montes, 29, was charged Aug. 9 after his vehicle was stopped on Amwell Road. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.15 percent, police said. He also was charged with speeding, failure to stay in his lane and careless driving.
— Marianne Morrisey, 55, was charged July 28 after the vehicle she was driving was stopped on Triangle Road. She also was charged with refusing to submit breath samples, driving while her credentials were suspended, driving an uninsured vehicle and tailgating, police said.
Both were released with dates to come to municipal court.
