John W. Ulett has been named the new vice president/chief information officer for CentraState Healthcare System, Freehold Township. In this role, Ulett will oversee the strides the organization already has in place to widen its technology advantage and investment in health information technology. In addition, Ulett will be responsible for successfully adopting information technology to add immediate value to workflow, improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical practices, and decrease the occurrence of medical errors.
Provident Bank, New Jersey’s first and oldest community bank, has expanded into Pennsylvania with the acquisition of Bethlehem, Pa.-based Team Capital Bank. There are now 88 branches in 16 counties throughout northern and central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, and the bank has an expanded array of consumer and commercial banking products.
