 CONTACT of Ocean and Monmouth Counties will hold a three-course lunch and show featuring comedian Jeff Norris and The Jersey Girls 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Woodlake Country Club, Lakewood.  Ghost hunting will be discussed by L’Aura Hladik Hoffman of the New Jersey Ghost Hunters Society at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Jackson library, 2 Jackson Drive. Hoffman will discuss the haunted hot spots of the Garden State and New York City, based on her America’s Haunted Road Trip series. Included in this presentation are Charlie Brown’s Restaurant, the Hotel Belvidere, the Proprietary House, Snug Harbor, the Van Cortlandt Mansion and the Palace Theater.  A fall festival open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Goddard School, 178 West Veterans Highway, Jackson. All are invited for a free day of crafts, games, pony rides, petting zoo, bounce house, fun bus, fire trucks and more.
