Election letters may not exceed 300 words and need to be accompanied by the writer’s address and daytime telephone number — information used only for confirmation and not published.
Letters writers will be limited to one letter of endorsement per candidate during the campaign.
Letters signed by multiple people will be accepted, but each signer will be deemed to have met their letter quota for that candidate.
Letters from an organized or mass letter-writing campaign, if evident, will not be published.
Letters received after Wednesday, Oct. 29, will not be published prior to the Nov. 4 primary election.
