The Metuchen-Edison Women’s Club will host a free presentation with certified hypnotherapist Sandy Spector 7-8 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Heritage at Clara Barton, 1015 Amboy Ave., Edison.
In her discussion, “The Power Within,” Spector will discuss hypnosis methods. According to the press release, the use of hypnosis can be effective with smoking cessation, weight control or dealing with chronic pain.
