Greater Media Newspapers’ Chocolate and Wine Festival will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Feb. 7 at Branches in West Long Branch. The event is expected to include more than 30 vendors offering a wide array of foods, sweets, beverages and gift items.
In addition to wine and chocolate, vendors will offer jewelry, dessert liquor, beef jerky, wine accessories, soap and crafts.
The first 500 people to attend will receive a goody bag filled with coupons and products.
Representatives from Fords Jewelers of the Fords section of Woodbridge will introduce attendees to some of the world’s most popular jewelry brands sold at their store.
Birnn Chocolates of Highland Park will feature some of the most popular of its 200-plus chocolate offerings, including butter crunch, truffles, coconut pieces and hazelnut pralines.
Branches will also have a cash bar featuring chocolate-based drinks.
Tickets may be purchased online for $12, or $5 for those under age 18. Each paying adult will receive a ticket for a sample from each chocolate and food vendor. They will also be given four tickets for samples of wine and spirits.
