The Jackson Rotary will sponsor a pancake breakfast at the Jackson Senior Center, 45 Don Connor Blvd., Jackson, from 9 a.m. to noon March 15. All are welcome to attend. Proceeds will benefit the Jackson food pantry. The cost for the breakfast will be a donated item, such as pancake mix, syrup, formula or diapers.
