– ‘Hi-Lo’ fundraiser to benefit fire company

The Ladies Auxiliary of the Lincroft Volunteer Fire Company is hosting a Hi-Lo Fundraiser at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27, at the firehouse on 601 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft. Doors open 7 p.m.

Proceeds will be used to purchase critical equipment for the Lincroft Fire Company.

Players do not require special skills to play the game. At each game table, playing cards will be dealt out. As the caller calls off cards from a separate deck, players remove the called card from their hands. When a player has no cards left, the individual yells “Hi-Lo.” Winners select their own prize from a pile of more than 100 wrapped gifts. There are multiple winners in each game, and players often win more than once.

Dessert, coffee and tea will be served. Guests are allowed to bring snacks and beverages for their individual groups. Raffles will be available during the evening for prize money and gift baskets.

Admission tickets are $10 each and available in advance or at the door. Reservations with full payment will be accepted for tables of eight people. Contributions for game prizes and gift baskets are also being accepted. Contact Maria Dunn at 732-345-9525 to purchase tickets or obtain more details.
