Edison Township is seeking civic and community groups, veterans’ organizations, youth groups, marching bands and bagpipers, and police, firefighters and other first-responders to participate in the 53rd annual Memorial Day Parade. The parade will be held May 24 in the Clara Barton section of Edison. It will travel along Amboy Avenue, starting at Walsh Avenue and ending at Brower Avenue, where there will be refreshments for all participants at American Legion Post 324.
The parade will feature the Most Patriotic Bike Decorating Contest for youngsters.
