Help push ‘Power of 100’ campaign across goal line

Kevin D. Kuchinski, chairman, Power of 100 Campaign for Hopewell Valley Education Foundation
We are proud to announce that Hopewell Valley Education Foundation’s “Power of 100” Campaign is closing in on its 2014-15 goal. We have cumulatively raised almost $18,000 through the generosity of you and others across the community. For those who have already given, I’d like to thank you for your support of educational excellence in Hopewell Valley public schools.
If you haven’t had a chance to give as of yet, I hope you will consider making a contribution and joining this year’s “Power of 100.” Contributions can be mailed to HVEF at P.O. Box 553, Pennington, 08534, or you can donate online at http://www.hvef.org/powerof100.
As a reminder, this year’s gifts to the “Power of 100” will directly support our school district’s new initiative on student-centered instruction, funding enhanced teacher training and new equipment supporting this initiative.
The student-centered classroom promotes an environment of active learning, cooperation and hands-on problem-solving that effectively equips our students to face the demands of a quickly changing world.
When Hopewell Valley individuals, families, and businesses come together and each give a gift of $100 or more, that’s the “Power of 100”!
Over the past 20 years, the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation has supported curriculum innovations, special programs, and other activities that enrich the educational experience of Hopewell Valley students. We have cumulatively given back over $500,000 to support programs across all grade levels in the fine arts, science and engineering, special education, social studies, health and wellness, English/language arts, and more. We look forward to continuing this mission.
The Foundation’s work starts with people like you, your friends and neighbors. Please help push us over this year’s goal. Our campaign runs through April 30. Thank you in advance for being part of this year’s “Power of 100.”
