PRINCETON POLICE BLOTTER: June 3


A car belonging to a Western Way resident was entered sometime between May 25 and May 29, and $10 in change and personal items were stolen. The incident was reported at 6:21 p.m. May 29. 

An Acer laptop computer belonging to a Princeton Theological Seminary library employee was reported stolen from the help desk on the second floor of the library on Mercer Street. The theft of the computer, which was valued at $800, was reported at 4:03 p.m. May 29. 

An employee of the Princeton International School of Mathematics and Science on Lambert Drive reported at 12:42 p.m. May 29 that someone stole the stainless steel “S,” valued at $250, from the school name mounted on a retaining wall. 

A vandal sprayed graffiti on the rocks and trees in the Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve, off Cherry Hill Road. The incident was reported at 3:41 p.m. May 30. 

Jamar Peck, 23, and Duwayne Brown, 24, both of Trenton, were arrested on outstanding warrants following a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street at 5:57 p.m. May 30. Mr. Peck was also charged with possession of synthetic marijuana. Mr. Brown had an outstanding warrant for $500 from Trenton Municipal Court, and Mr. Peck had outstanding warrants totaling $165 from the Hopewell and Lawrence municipal courts. 

Ryan Davis, 27, of Stanworth Lane, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $114 from Princeton Municipal Court after his car was stopped by police on Mercer Street at 5:16 p.m. May 31. 

A Greenview Avenue resident reported the theft of a woman’s bicycle, valued at $350, from the backyard of her home overnight on May 30. The theft was reported at 1:13 p.m. May 30. 

Timothy Foster, 23, of Hamilton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $500 from the New Hanover Township Municipal Court at 2:12 a.m. May 31 after his car was stopped by police on Stockton Street. 

Mandy Silowka, 27, of Harris Road, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $150 from Princeton Municipal Court after her car was stopped by police on Witherspoon Street at 9:06 a.m. June 1. 

Andrew MacKay, 25, of Ewing Township, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $86 from Princeton Municipal Court after police stopped his car on Stockton Street at 12:28 a.m. June 2. 
