East Windsor
Guy Ora, 26, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. on May 30 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain a lane, driving while suspended and driving without a license after police pulled him over on Route 130 near Conover Road.
Richard F. McLean, 26, of East Windsor, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on June 3 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with an inoperable brake light and operating a motor vehicle while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance after police pulled him over on Route 130 near Route 571.
David A. Jaramillo, 19, of East Windsor, and Fernado E, Tiniganay-Tigre, 20, of Hightstown, were arrested at 3:10 p.m. on June 3 and were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of alcohol. Mr. Jaramillo was also charged with resisting arrest and Mr Tiniganay-Tigre was also charged with possession of marijuana. Police located them in a vehicle in the parking lot of Princeton Arms South II.
