The Alexander Road paving project will be getting under way Tuesday evening, weather permitting, according to West Windsor Township officials.
Work on the two northbound lanes on Alexander Road, from Vaughn Drive to Route 1, and the center lane will be done during the overnight hours between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., so the work will not interfere with the evening rush hour.
Pavement repairs and application of the top coat of asphalt will take place over consecutive evenings, weather permitting.
During each night’s work, the two southbound lanes, from Route 1 to Vaughn Drive, will be temporarily converted into one lane in each direction. Delays are to be expected. Please continue to honor all posted temporary traffic control measures.
