The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison, will present “Romantic Heartthrobs of the 19th Century with Jessica Davy” at 1:30 p.m. June 23.
Discover the music of Beethoven, Brahms, Wagner, Tchaikovsky and more with Jessica Davy, a clarinetist, composer and educator who has had her work performed throughout the East Coast, including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall. Learn how these composers broke with classical tradition and developed a new style.
The fee is $11, or $8 for Community Campus members.
