The Hopewell Valley Central High School Staff Award of Recognition Scholarship silver award given by members of the participating staff to deserving seniors in the amount of $500 each — Awarded to John Jacob Burger and Michael Slaza.
The Hopewell Valley Central High School Staff Award of Recognition Scholarship gold award is given by members of the participating staff to a deserving senior. This year’s scholarship award is $1,000 — Awarded to Sedona Rose Sub.
The Hopewell Valley Chapter of the National Honor Society would like to recognize students for espousing the ideals of the National Honor Society. Students must be significant contributors to our chapter and be members in good standing. These two $750 scholarships will be awarded to one male and one female member of the graduating class. The recipients have been selected by the HVCHS National Honor Society Faculty Council — Awarded to Luke Candler Brown and Elizabeth Mary Nielsen. 

The Adam J. Kay Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $100 is awarded to a graduating senior who plans to pursue further education in the field of automotives — Awarded to Christopher Ronald Winters.
The Amy Kathryn Rankin Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is awarded to a graduating senior who intends to enter a four-year school and who has succeeded in high school while overcoming a personal challenge or difficulty — Awarded to Lukas Patrik McHugh.
The Audrey deDufour Scholarship in the amount of $250 will be awarded to a graduating senior who is an alumnus of the Toll Gate Grammar School and has made consistent contributions to the school community while demonstrating loyalty, dedication, a strong work ethic and good citizenship — Awarded to Jordan Burke Antebi.
The Bear Tavern PTO Scholarships of $500 each are awarded to graduating seniors, who were former students of Bear Tavern School and plan to pursue further academic studies at the college level — Awarded to James Henry Cane and Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Catherine Hoch Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 is awarded to a student in the class who is planning to further their education in elementary education — Awarded to Lindsay J. Sanford.
The Dale W. Kintzel Award of $100 is presented to a student in the graduating class who plans further education in auto mechanics or other vocational technical programs — Awarded to Christopher Ronald Winters.
The Dana Leigh Best Friends Forever Scholarship, in memory of Dana Leigh Burrell, Class of 2005, in the amount of $2,000, is awarded to a graduating senior who has demonstrated friendship qualities, devotion to others and a sense of love, loyalty, ethics and compassion and who is accepted as a full-time student at a college or university starting in 2015 — Awarded to Michael Slaza.
The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Trenton Alumnae Chapter Scholarship in the amount of $750 goes to a college-bound high school senior of African descent who is a resident of New Jersey while demonstrating leadership in extracurricular activities and involvement in the community — Awarded to Gloria Savannah Brewster.
The Dr. Karen DeSimone and DeSimone Orthodontics Scholarship in the amount of $100 is awarded to a graduating senior who is interested in art and science since an appreciation for both is important to succeed in fields such as orthodontics, dentistry, surgery, architecture and engineering — Awarded to Emma O’Brien Waltman.
The Dr. Mark W. McDonough Orthodontics Scholarship in the amount of $500 ($250 for a female graduating senior and $250 for a male graduating senior) is for the student who best exemplifies a heart for serving their local community. Serving your community is intrinsic to citizenship, leadership and success in many aspects of life — Awarded to Rebecca Adriana Kalmeijer and Preston L. Konopka.
The Dorothy Marut Belza Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is awarded to a student who has a deep appreciation of music and the performing arts and is interested in pursuing an education at a two- or four-year college or university with a major in music or theater — Awarded to Maura Elizabeth Tuffy.
An Everyday Hero Scholarship in memory of John Molinelli in the amount of $500 is awarded to a graduating senior. This scholarship symbolizes the impact John had on the lives of students through academic excellence, commitment to teamwork and compassion for one another — Awarded to Lukas Patrik McHugh.
The Giovina Coscia Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to a student who demonstrates great determination and a willingness to succeed. Recipients show true selflessness, integrity and a dedication to excellence — Awarded to Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Henry Muentener, Sr. Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 is awarded to a graduating senior who has shown dedication and commitment to pursuing a career in the industrial arts — Awarded to Alonzo Hillary Dunagan IV.
The Hopewell Business Association Scholarships of $500 each are awarded to members of the senior class who are planning to pursue further education in business or a related field — Awarded to Taravati Mae Schmitt and Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Hopewell Elementary School PTO awards two scholarships of $500 each to graduating seniors who, as former students of Hopewell Elementary School, plan to pursue further academic studies and who have demonstrated a sense of pride and commitment through participation in school and community activities — Awarded to Sydney J. Hamilton and Aubrey Rush Toland.
The Hopewell Fire Department Emergency Medical Unit Scholarship of $500 is awarded to a worthy student going into a vocational, technical or medical career and who displays a commitment to service in the community — Awarded to Michael Slaza.
The Hopewell Harvest Fair Committee awards a $500 scholarship to a student pursuing further education who have shown dedication to the community through service — Awarded to Laura Jayne Haney.
The Hopewell Township PBA awards a $1,000 scholarship to a student pursuing their education in the field of law enforcement — Awarded to Joseph Tyler Sedor.
The Hopewell Valley Arts Council is offering four $500 scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to further their education studying any aspect of the arts such as fine arts, performing arts, culinary arts, literary arts or other forms of creative expression. These students demonstrate substantial talent and deep interest in their selected area of study — Awarded to Katherine Anne Cleveland, Ian Edward Goldsmith, Anh Hien Nong and Taravati Mae Schmitt.
The Hopewell Valley Baseball and Softball Association Scholarship awards two $1,500 scholarships to one male and one female student athlete, who best represent good sportsmanship, honesty, courage and respect for authority — Awarded to Lillian Hope Olsen and Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Hopewell Valley Central High School Music and Theatre Parents Association presents four $750 scholarships to graduating seniors who have demonstrated proficiency, leadership and service in our four performing arts programs — Awarded to Cameron T. Filepas (orchestra), Maura Elizabeth Tuffy (choir), Amanda Leigh Demers and Bethany Grace Frederich (band) and Jacqueline Marie Silva (musical theater).
The Hopewell Valley CHS Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is being offered to a high school senior who plans to continue their education at a two- or four-year college or university. The student should be an independent, creative student who thinks outside of the box. He or she should be highly motivated and show leadership qualities — Awarded to Sara L. Ali.
The Hopewell Valley Central High School PTO Scholarships of $500 each are awarded to graduating seniors who plan to pursue further academic studies at the collegiate level and who, during four years of high school, have demonstrated qualities of leadership, service and commitment through active involvement in the school — Awarded to Dori Anne Auslander, Gloria Savannah Brewster, James Henry Cane, Michael Grant Feder, Megan Roisin Jones, Deborah A. The Hopewell Valley Chorus awards a $1,000 scholarship to a high school senior planning to pursue music in college — Awarded to Maura Elizabeth Tuffy.
The Hopewell Valley Education Foundation Scholarships of $500 each are awarded to four seniors who plan to further their education at a four-year college, two-year college, trade or profession school and have demonstrated substantial talent and deep interest in an area of study — Awarded to Jessica Lynne Bezek, Prachi Shrikant Joshi, Alina Lawas Osborn and Michael Slaza.
The Hopewell Valley Historical Society awards two $500 scholarships to graduating seniors who have demonstrated an authentic and deep interest in history and social studies over the course of four years of high school and who are planning to attend college — Awarded to Jordan Burke Antebi and Barbara Marie MacGuigan.
The Hopewell Valley Lacrosse Association Scholarship of $500 is awarded to a lacrosse player who best represents the qualities developed through participation in the HVLA program — Awarded to Katherine Whitman Kent, Kevin Monahan Phelan and Ryan Lake Schrader.
The Hopewell Valley Lions Club Scholarship of $2,000 is awarded to a student who has demonstrated a record of service to the outside community and has plans for further vocational or academic study — Awarded to Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Hopewell Valley American Legion Post 339 Scholarship is awarded to one boy and one girl in the amount of $2,000 each to graduating seniors who plan to further their education at a two-year or four-year college, trade or profession school. These students should be civic minded with a service record for charitable organizations. Above all, these students should have a strong commitment to democracy — Awarded to Audrianna Eve Gill and Connor Kennedy Swaim.
The Hopewell Valley Republicans Scholarship of $500 each to two graduating seniors, who have been active in community service and intend to continue their education in social science — Awarded to Jillian L. Bainbridge and Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Hopewell Valley Soccer Association Scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each are presented to one male and one female soccer player who best represent the qualities developed through participation in the HVSA program — Awarded to James Henry Cane, Patrick S. Dunne and Lillian Hope Olsen.

The Jordan Sprague Scholarship in the amount of $5,000 goes to the student who achieves excellence in the study of a foreign language during their four years at Hopewell Valley Central High — Awarded to Callie Isabel Holtermann.

The Mae K. Burd Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $500 is awarded to a graduating senior who intends to major in education at a four-year college or university — Awarded to Karlie Marie Lorenz.
The Megan Nicole Kanka Foundation Inc. Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is awarded to a student who has shown community involvement and academic achievement and is planning to pursue further education at the college level — Awarded to Benjamin T. Schragger.
The Megan Cranstoun Memorial Scholarship of $1,000 is awarded to a graduating senior who plans to enter the field of nursing — Awarded to Olivia Margaret Obst.
The New Jersey Retirees’ Education Association, Isabelle M. Hickman Scholarship in the amount of $4,000 over four years — Awarded to Benjamin T. Schragger.
