Hillsborough High School seniors Courtney Scrivanich and Scot Levonaitis were honored at the Senior Scholar Awards Program on June 4 for demonstrated leadership and volunteerism to the Pop Warner Hillsborough Dukes football and cheer community over the last four years.
Each were awarded a monetary scholarship, the Nick Muller Award, for demonstrating qualities necessary to be a successful athlete, student and mentor. The award is presented annually in memory of Mr. Muller, who volunteered for the Dukes from 1969-1983.
Courtney is attending the University of Fairfield with a career plan to become a physician assistant. Scot will attend Ohio State University to major in business.
