- Nelson Garrymore, 19, of Skillman, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 3:15 a.m. July 17 after he was found slumped over at the wheel of his car, which was stopped in the lane of travel on Somerset County Route 533.
- Ronald J. Sohl Jr., 45, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police on Route 206 at 2:50 p.m. July 19 because the brake light on his car did not work and the inspection decal had expired. He was also given summonses for having an inoperable brake light, driving while his license was suspended and having an expired inspection sticker on the car.
- Richard L. Brown, 46, of Howell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $1,671 from Wall Township after he was stopped by police for driving erratically at 2:08 p.m. on July 19 on Route 206. He was also issued a summons for driving while his license was suspended.
