The Edison Public Library will serve as the host of a workshop by professionals from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services at the Main Branch at 7 p.m. July 22.
Attendees will learn the six major factors that influence the sale of real estate, the steps to ready one’s home for sale, and what buyers want and don’t want.
