MONTGOMERY POLICE BLOTTER: July 30

  • Scott Ogorek, 44, with addresses in Philadelphia and Hillsborough Township, was arrested on outstanding warrants from Princeton, Bordentown Township, Burlington City and Hamilton Township totaling $1,114.99 after he was stopped at 7:37 a.m. July 22 after he was observed allegedly passing stopped traffic on U.S. Route 206 in a no-passing zone. He was also charged with passing in a no-passing zone. 
  • Severiano Martinez, 26, of Lambertville was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to chemical testing, being an unlicensed driver, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain a lane after he was stopped by police on county Route 518 at 3:39 p.m. July 26. A passenger in the vehicle, 62-year-old Roberto Pica, 62, of Lambertville, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle. 
  • Jennifer J. Zelesnick, 40, of Belle Mead, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a lane after she was stopped by police on county Route 601 at 12:49 a.m. July 26 for driving erratically. 
