Freehold Elks raffle to help local charities

FREEHOLD — The Freehold Elks Motorcycle Club (MC) will hold its 2015 Bike Raffle Drawing Party from 1-6 p.m. Aug. 22 at 73 E. Main St., Freehold. The event will include food, drinks, live music and a raffle drawing.

First prize is a 2014 Harley Davidson Fatboy Lo Motorcycle; second prize is a $500 Visa gift card; and third prize is a $100 Visa gift card. Tickets are $20. The drawing will take place at about 4 p.m.

All of the proceeds from the motorcycle raffle will benefit special needs Boy Scouts, Miracle Run, Camp Moore, Army of Hope and college scholarships to local high school seniors, according to a press release.

“The Freehold Elks MC are extremely supportive to the community, children and our military. We are an American-based organization whose history goes back over 100 years of supporting great causes,” said Tony Arpaia, vice president of the Freehold Elks MC.
