Howard Wilson, 62,of Trenton was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, failure to maintain lane, obstructing the flow of traffic, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, failure to provide registration and failure to provide insurance at 2:29 a.m. Aug. 15 after he was stopped for failing to maintain his lane on Princeton Pike.
Two cars parked in the area of Foch Avenue and Texas Avenue were entered overnight between Aug. 14 and Aug. 15, but nothing was reported stolen. The incident was reported at 3:12 a.m. Aug. 15.
A 58-year-old Town Court North resident reported that when he woke up at 6 a.m. Aug. 16, he noticed that his iPad and prescription medication were missing. The burglary and theft occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Aug. 15 and 6 a.m. Aug. 16. There was no sign of forced entry.
