The first phase only southbound traffic would be allowed on River Road from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekedays, which is county Route 605. Northbound traffic will be directed to Route 27, then Dodds Lane, Concord Lane, Bertrand Drive and Herrontown Road.
In phase 2, only northbound traffic will be permitted on River Road from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekedays, with southbound traffic directed from Herrontown Road to Bertrand Drive, Concord Lane, Dodds Lane and Route 27.
The road will be open to two-way traffic at all other times.
