The Sayreville Public Library, 1050 Washington Road, Parlin, will hold the following events in September:
“The Great Closet Cleanout” will be held 6:30-8 p.m. on Sept. 15. Jamie Novak will teach attendees how to transform closets and make more storage space.
The Medicare 101 Workshop will be held 6:30-8 p.m. on Sept. 16 by certified Medicare consultants from the Family Focus Financial Group.
The Friends of the Sayreville Library will offer the Defensive Driving Institute of New Jersey Official Point & Insurance Reduction Program 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Sept. 23. For a 2-point reduction, the cost is $65. Fora5percentinsurancediscount,the cost is $55. For both, the cost is $65.
The Florian Schantz Jazz Combo – led by 13-year-old bandleader Florian Schantz – will perform a Dixieland Jazz program at 2 p.m. on Sept. 26.
