Women’s Club announces program

The National Alliance on Mental Illness of New Jersey will present a program at the annual new member meeting of the Metuchen Edison Women’s Club at 7 p.m. on Sept. 2. The program will be held at The Heritage at Clara Barton, 1015 Amboy Ave., Edison, second floor.

Shelly Joseph Thom, MSW, of the National Alliance on Mental Illness of New Jersey (NAMI NJ) will give a free and open to the public presentation. NAMI NJ’s mission, services, programs and support groups will be discussed. All are welcome.

The Metuchen Edison Women’s Club invites women in the surrounding communities. An overview of the club will be presented following the NAMI NJ program.
