MIDDLETOWN — Deep Cut Gardens and the Deep Cut Bonsai Society will present Bonsai Day from 12-4 p.m. on Sept. 13 at the Horticultural Center at Deep Cut Gardens, 352 Red Hill Road, Middletown.
Experience the intricate and ancient art form of bonsai through demonstrations and displays. Experts will be on hand to answer questions.
Free lectures and demonstrations will be presented, including “From Nursery Plant to Bonsai — Starting Your Own Bonsai” at 1 p.m. and “Bonsai Basics — The Keys to Selecting, Maintaining or Just Appreciating a Bonsai” at 3 p.m.
