The Metuchen Marching Band will host “Beats in the Borough” from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 27 at Metuchen High School.
Marching bands from around the Garden State will perform at the first Tournament of Bands Outdoor Competition hosted by Metuchen. Food, vendors, music and competition will be featured.
Admission is $10; $7 for senior citizens and students under 18; children 5 and under are free. The competition will benefit the Metuchen music program.
