By Lea Kahn, Staff Writer
A mother and son were arrested after they attempted to use a fraudulent driver’s license to help him get into the Ivy Inn on Nassau Street shortly after 9 p.m. Oct. 17, according to the Princeton Police Department.
Luke Bozich, 20, of Cranbury, showed a fake driver’s license to a bar employee that purported to show that he was 23 years old. When the employee questioned the validity of the driver’s license, his mother argued that he is 23 years old, police said.
Police were called, and Amy Bozich, 56, of Niskayuna, N.Y., was charged with hindering apprehension of another. Luke Bozich, who presented the fake driver’s license, was charged with tampering with public records.
