The Jackson Library, 2 Jackson Drive, Jackson, will host GMO Free New Jersey in the presentation of the 2011 documentary “Forks Over Knives” at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 12. This film examines the claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict people can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting their present menu of animal-based and processed foods.
