Shore Regional High School will host an Honor the Vets Day during the morning of Nov. 10 at 132 Route 36, West Long Branch.
The program will involve veterans of every major campaign from World War II through Afghanistan. All branches of the military will be represented, and at least five decorated war veterans will be in attendance.
Veterans will be treated to breakfast and lunch. They will speak to students and interact with them in both large and small groups. Student Council members will act as guides for the veterans. The art and music departments will provide patriotic displays, decorations and music.
