PLAINSBORO POLICE BLOTTER: Nov. 18

  • Muhammad A. Hashimi, 63, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $554 from South Brunswick Township Municipal Court after he was stopped for driving a car with an inoperable headlight at 4:05 a.m. Nov. 16 on Schalks Crossing Road. He was also issued summonses for maintenance of lamps for having an inoperable headlight and an inoperable taillight. 
  • Resha H. Youngest, 24, of Camden, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle on Route 1 south near College Road West at 1:58 p.m. Nov. 14. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, careless driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain lane and failure to use a turn signal. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center on $2,500 bail. 
  • Zachariah M. Gisleson, 23, of Red Bank, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to inspect, failure to make repairs, noisy muffler, obstruction of view in the windshield, possession of marijuana and possession of fireworks after his vehicle was stopped by police for having an expired and rejected inspection sticker on Nov. 14 and 9:24 a.m. on Plainsboro Road. 
  • William Ellenberg, 57, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, was arrested on outstanding warrants from several towns that totaled $3,572 after he was stopped by police for having license plate lights that did not work while he was driving on Cranbury Neck Road at 12:26 a.m. Nov. 13. He was also issued summonses for driving while his license was suspended and for maintenance of lamps. 
  • Nyheim A. Rivers, 24, of Plainfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $1,000 from Plainsboro Township Municipal Court when he was stopped by police at 2:18 a.m. Nov. 13 on Route 1 south for having tinted front windows on his car. He was also issued summonses for having tinted windows and driving while his license was suspended. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility. 
  • Marco A. Stagnaro, 48, of Elizabeth, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $100 from Rahway Municipal Court after he was stopped for speeding on Route 1 south at 2:59 a.m. Nov. 13. He was also issued a summons for speeding for traveling 72 miles per hour in a 55-miles-per-hour zone. 
  • Kiesha Harrison, 30, of Lawnside, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $899 from Gloucester Township Municipal Court and $350 from Pemberton Township Municipal Court when a police officer stopped to investigate a car that was parked on the side of Plainsboro Road, partially blocking the street, at 6:49 p.m. Nov. 12. She was also issued a summons for driving while her license was suspended. 
  • Geoffrey Joseph, 25, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $350 from South Brunswick Township Municipal Court when he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation at 11:19 p.m. Nov. 12 on Route 1. He was also issued summonses for maintenance of lamps and driving while his license was suspended. 
