PRINCETON POLICE BLOTTER: Nov. 18

  • Stephen Council, 29, of Willingboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $175 from Bordentown Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street at 8:57 a.m. Nov. 16. 
  • A Mershon Drive resident reported that a man purporting to be an IRS agent called her and demanded that she put $7,800 in a specified account to avoid being arrested for owing back taxes in that amount at 10:05 p.m. Nov. 16. 
  • A Clearview Avenue resident told police that someone stole her purse, containing cash, credit cards and personal items totaling $440, after she inadvertently left it on a park bench in the 200 block of Nassau Street on Nov. 14. 
  • Sharika Rivera, 27, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on State Road at 12:56 a.m. Nov. 14. 
  • A Fisher Avenue resident reported that someone entered her car and stole $10 in change overnight between Nov. 11 and Nov. 12. The incident was reported at 9:14 a.m. Nov. 13. 
  • Katherine Mackinnon, 34, of Roebling, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a motor vehicle stop on Bayard Lane at 10:41 a.m. Nov. 13. 
  • Aidan Gent, 19, of Brookline, Mass., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle check on Franklin Avenue at 2:12 a.m. Nov. 12. 
  • David Rivera, 23, of Trenton, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon for having a knife in his possession following a motor vehicle stop on Mount Lucas Road at 8:52 a.m. Nov. 12. 
  • A Great Road resident reported that someone damage her mailbox, valued at $200. The incident was reported at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 11. 
  • Natasha Boye, 24, of Hightstown, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $1,000 from Hightstown Borough Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on State Road at 10:47 a.m. Nov. 11. 
  • Luis Marin-Diaz, 31, of Fords, and Miguel Mendez, 31, of Perth Amboy, were arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $932 from Ringwood Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street at 1:54 p.m. Nov. 11. Mr. Mendez was also charged with hindering apprehension for giving false information to a police officer. 
  • A Ewing Street resident told police that someone cut the cable lock and stole his Cannondale bicycle, valued at $500, from a bicycle rack at Princeton High School sometime between Nov. 9 and Nov. 11. It was reported at 4:38 p.m. Nov. 11. 
