Joseph P. Kelly III, 19, of Burlington, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle after he was stopped for speeding on Brunswick Pike at 3:41 a.m. Dec. 5.
Nymirah S. Collins, 22, of Trenton, was charged with receiving stolen property after she was found to have merchandise from The Children’s Place, but no receipt for the items, at the Quaker Bridge Mall at 5 p.m. Dec. 5. She was also arrested on outstanding warrants from multiple towns that totaled $2,172.
Theodore Kuliczkowski, 48, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving under the influence at 4:35 p.m. Dec. 2 after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Lawrence Road at Reeder Avenue. He was also charged with failure to possess an insurance card and reckless driving.
