Pennington Presbyterian Church is calling its first Dash Away 5K run and 1 mile fun walk on Saturday, Dec. 5, a “big success” with more than 140 runners and walkers.
The event supported three of Pennington Presbyterian’s missions:
Living Waters for the World, which delivers clean water systems and support to poor communities in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico;
HomeFront NJ, which helps families break the cycle of poverty, and
Youth missions that give young people of the church an opportunity to practice their faith in the broader world.
Twenty local businesses sponsored the event. Racing NJ was the gold sponsor. Silver level sponsors were Eagle Building Maintenance & Janitorial; Hopewell Valley Community Bank; and T10 Tech Services, LLC.
