MONTGOMERY POLICE BLOTTER: Dec. 23

  • Steven Colombero, 23, of Skillman, was charged with careless driving after his 2003 GMC Envoy struck a tree on Cherry Hill Road at 3:22 a.m. Dec. 19. He told police that he fell asleep as he was traveling north on Cherry Hill Road. The vehicle left the road, crossed a ditch and crossed back over the road before striking the tree. He was not injured. 
  • Nicholas Dagostino, 17, of Three Bridges, was charged with failure to maintain lane and careless driving after the 2001 Volkswagen Jetta that he was driving on Township Line Road left the road, struck a mailbox, went into a ditch and became disabled at 9:35 p.m. Dec. 19. He told police that he was trying to pick up a radar detector and cell phone from the passenger side floor. 
  • Christopher Lozak, 23, of Skillman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, failure to exhibit registration, failure to exhibit insurance and having an uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Bridgepoint Road at 1:24 a.m. Dec. 12. 
  • Roque Toleda, 33, of Lahaska, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to testing, failure to maintain lane and being an unlicensed driver after he was involved in a one-car accident on Route 518 at 6:18 a.m. Dec. 13. 
  • Oscar A. Lara-Perez, 28, of Trenton, was charged with driving while his license was suspended and careless driving after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Route 206 at 3:46 p.m. Dec. 9. He was also found to have an outstanding traffic warrant for $250 from Princeton Municipal Court. 
  • Elijha Muse, 37, of Lawrence Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated, having an open container of alcohol and failure to maintain lane on Route 206 at 8:47 p.m. Dec. 4, after a motorist called police to report a possible intoxicated driver. 
