Supporters of LADACIN Network, a local nonprofit, will make a big splash to enhance the lives of infants, children and adults with disabilities at the eighth annual Polar Bear Plunge at Main Beach in Manasquan on Jan. 16. The event will support LADACIN’s educational, therapeutic, social, residential and support services for more than 3,500 infants, children and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays living in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Leggett’s Sand Bar & Restaurant will host the event once again. On-site registration will begin at Leggett’s at 10:30 a.m. The ocean plunge is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. All are welcome to participate.
