Mental health group to host benefit dinner

CPC Behavioral Healthcare’s annual summer benefit dinner, “Passport Around the World,” will be held at 7 p.m. July 18 at the Navesink Country Club, 50 Luffburrow Lane, Middletown.

This year, the benefit will celebrate the contributions of Geoff Sadwith of Ocean, Pat Geiss of Little Silver and Travelsavers of Oyster Bay, N.Y.

Sadwith will be the inaugural recipient of CPC’s Chairman’s Award. Geiss will receive CPC’s Humanitarian Award, and Travelsavers will receive CPC’s Corporate Good Neighbor Award.

The honorees are widely regarded for their exemplary support of the community through gifts, grants, volunteer activities and interest in the overall health, strength and well-being of those who live and work in Monmouth County.

CPC Behavioral Healthcare in Eatontown hosts several events each year to raise funds in support of its mission to provide mental health care to Monmouth County residents who cannot afford it.

Last year, CPC served more than 8,000 people in Monmouth County, with a variety of behavioral health services.
